The purpose of this role is to provide proactive administrative and business support to the Chief Executive Officer, ensuring all aspects of their business lives are organised in a timely, efficient and professional manner whilst maintaining confidentiality at all times. This role will be directly involved in activities related to running a UK plc business with multiple subsidiaries across the globe. Responsibilities: Managing CEO's Schedule & Calendar Coordinating Meetings Handling Communication On Behalf Of The CEO Organizing Travel Arrangements & Itineraries Conducting Research & Preparing Reports Assisting With Presentation Preparation Maintaining Confidentiality & Discretion Managing Office Operations & Administrative Tasks Liaising With Internal & External Stakeholders Monitoring & Responding To Emails Handling Expense Reports & Budgeting Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting C-suite executives Previous experience providing EA support in an international business working across multiple time zones would be an advantage Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
