Scope of Services:
Provide technical expertise for the structural aspects of facilities decommissioning in the energy sector.
Provide technical expertise for the structural design of new and temporary infrastructure and modifications to facilitate decommissioning of facilities in the energy sector.
Provide technical input to estimates for project work scopes.
Provide decommissioning expertise in support of tenders.
Project management of structural scope(s).
Provide structural expertise in decommissioning scope execution and tender activities.
Develop project-specific decommissioning processes and procedures.
Attend and input to progress and planning meetings.
Provide technical expertise to the resolution of technical queries ensuring that all design changes are captured by the change control process.
Conduct site surveys on offshore or onshore assets.
Produce structural calculations and analysis.
Participate in design reviews, constructability reviews / HAZIDS.
Provide checking and approval of discipline documents, complete interdisciplinary checking of documents where necessary.
Interface with other disciplines, clients, and third parties on technical project issues (close working relationship with construction team to ensure fit-for-purpose, construction-led structural solutions are developed and implemented).
Production of discipline documentation deliverables for inclusion in work packs.
Provide a level of technical support that satisfies the appropriate Asset Safety Case and ensures that the PFEER performance standards are not compromised by any discipline engineering activities.
Compliance with company engineering procedures, industry, international and client codes and standards.
Ensure that all work complies with the Contract Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and procedures as appropriate.
Provides technical assurance and oversight on structural design scope.
Coordinates structural design resource in line with project requirements.

6. Input to concept study / FEED reports, including the development of discipline cost, schedule, and deliverables.

12. Marked up photographs and sketches for use in decommissioning/destruct work packs.
13. Technical notes summarizing structural findings.
14. Technical queries seeking input from external parties.
15. Input to lifting methodologies/plan.
16. Input to transportation and installation key deliverables.
