Role Overview
Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Executive to join their team. This role is ideal for an individual with experience in Invoice Finance or a similar industry who thrives in a client-focused environment. You will play a key part in maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring risk management, and supporting the relationship management team.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong and effective relationships.
Identify and escalate any risks or service issues to the Relationship Management Team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records to ensure seamless coverage during absences.
Oversee effective ledger management, including client assignments, funding limits, and credit approvals in line with company policies.
Assist the Relationship Management Team with funding and payment proposals.
Conduct proactive customer verification and credit control according to company procedures.
Ensure timely receipt, review, and action of all client documentation.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and administrative activities.
Support the introduction of new clients by collaborating with the Management Team and New Business division. Skills & Experience Required:
Experience: 2+ years in Invoice Finance or a related financial services industry.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organisational Skills: Ability to manage and prioritise a demanding workload effectively.
