We are currently seeking to recruit a Band 7 Team Manager for the East Complex Needs Team.
The Complex Needs Team supports people who have a diagnosis of, or suspected diagnosis of Personality Disorder. The team offers NICE approved interventions such as DBT, Structured Clinical Management and MBT. This is an exciting time to join this ever-evolving service. As team manager, you will have a vital role in embedding the new personality disorder pathway within our services and being a key point of contact and consultation for teams across the locality.
There are additional opportunities to improve access for this client group via working collaboratively with different agencies, including the third sector, and contribute to developing innovative digital platforms.
You will have the opportunity to deliver psychologically informed interventions to a small group of people alongside your managerial responsibilities. Full training will be provided for the successful applicant.
To manage, lead, and be accountable for the provision of high-quality effective leadership and management of the Adult Complex Needs Service (East) and ensure an optimum level of safe and effective patient care.
Develop the team with a multidisciplinary approach and using developed managerial and leadership skills to promote excellent working practice, promoting the rights of service users in line with national and regional strategies.
