The Role:
1. Manage large policy renewals, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
2. Generate new business quotes, contributing to the team's growth targets

4. Handle Mid-Term Adjustments (MTAs) with precision and care
5. Respond to day-to-day enquiries, delivering exceptional customer service

1. Proven experience in commercial account handling within the insurance sector
