Safety & Security Supervisor

The Langham, London; Europe’s first Grand Hotel and Forbes 5* rated property, is currently recruiting for a Security Supervisor to join our talented Security team. We are looking for a true hospitality professional, with the flair to deliver service at the highest level.
ABOUT THE ROLE
1. Assist in the implementation and administration of health, safety, and fire safety policies.
2. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and legal obligations.
3. Investigate security and safety incidents, including accidents and fire alarms, and provide recommendations.
4. Deliver training sessions, communicate safety policies, and maintain up-to-date safety documentation.
5. Assist with conducting fire drills and act as a deputy in emergency situations.
6. Maintain records of safety activities, produce statistical reports, and ensure compliance with certifications.
ABOUT YOU
1. Previous experience within a similar role.
2. Current SIA Door Supervisor license.
3. Excellent customer service skills.
4. Great observation and monitoring skills.
5. Ability to be assertive in any situation in a professional way.
6. Ability to work on your own initiative but also as part of the Security team.
