Typical shift as a Support Worker (known internally as Reablement Worker) You?ll help us provide 24-hour support to our lovely customers, ensuring they feel safe and cared for throughout the night. Supporting customers with daily living activities, you?ll help them with everything from getting dressed to preparing meals, making every moment count. A positive, caring can-do attitude is essential; your empathy will help transform our customers? lives. Previous experience of working with support plans is beneficial, but the ability to record and communicate information effectively is what we truly value. An understanding of the local community and networks would be brilliant, but what matters most is your people skills and ability to connect with others. Night shift hours are from 21:30 - 7:30 Although you?ll work nights and lone work, we do get together regularly, in the daytime, for training and team meetings. Able to use technology for creating and updating support plans. You?ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
