As a Customer Team Leader, you will play a key role in leading our store team, coaching and supervising our Customer Team Members, and deputising for the Store Manager when needed.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

* Delivering great customer service and performing a wide range of tasks around the store, such as re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages
\Component
* Coaching and developing the skills of your team members, fostering an inclusive culture where everyone's voice is valued and respected
\Component
* Managing diligence checks and stock accuracy to ensure shopping experiences are exceptional for our customers
\Component
* Supporting your Store Manager by deputising when they're not working and delivering a variety of HR processes
\Component
* Building relationships and getting involved in your local community, supporting your Store Manager with the delivery of the local Co-op community plan
