Loom Talent are delighted to be supporting with the recruitment of a Warehouse Automation Project Manager for a client in Suffolk.
Our client operate a network of fulfilment centres across the UK. They are investing in automation systems and this appointment will play a key part in the operational implementation phase.
In the role of Warehouse Automation Project Manager you will have the following key responsibilities:
* Overseeing the coordination and implementation phase of the project. Ensuring the smooth integration of warehouse automation systems with existing operations.
* Working closely with the operations team to ensure that the automation systems maximise efficiencies for inbound and outbound teams.
* Testing for newly installed automation as well as existing WMS and ERP to ensure a smooth integration
* Working closely with the technical teams to ensure that issues are identified and resolved as quickly as possible
* Ensuring that all systems and processes comply to safety and regulatory standards
* Ensuring that strong communication is in place across all stakeholders, including the UK leadership team, group head office, manufacturers and suppliers and wider business colleagues.
* Regular tracking and reporting of the overall success and progress of the project.
