Service Delivery Coordinator \n\nSalary: Up to £35k + excellent benefits (travel allowance, bonus scheme, pension, health insurance)\n\nLocation: Docklands - 5 days in the office\n\nOur client a pioneering data centre provider, offering secure, resilient, and carrier-neutral solutions is looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator to join their team!\n\nAs a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our operations, supporting the Service Delivery team in providing timely and efficient administrative support.\n\nDuties of the role: \n\nMaintaining and updating the Customer Installations team records and databases\nAssisting with stock checks and audits alongside the Stock Supervisor\nCoordinating with suppliers to manage deliveries and ensuring accuracy\nSupporting the Civils and Installations Manager with work order handovers\nManaging administrative duties to keep our operations running smoothly\nMaintaining training and competency matrices for the Cabling Team\nCollaborating with the Stock Supervisor on processing purchase orders\nConducting market research to ensure cost-effective procurement\nOrganising supplier meetings and tracking action points\nManaging stock for uniforms and PPE for the Cabling teams \n\nTo succeed in this role, you should have:\n\nStrong experience of Excel and reporting\nExperience liaising and negotiating with suppliers, coordinating meetings with suppliers, ordering and maintaining PPE/uniforms/stock\nExperience of Salesforce\nMinute taking experience\nPower BI would be a plus but not a requirement\nExcellent numerical skills and attention to detail\nA proactive, organised, and logical approach to work\nGood interpersonal and communication skillsWhy Join Us?\n\nWork in a supportive and collaborative environment\nEnjoy a competitive salary and a fantastic benefits package\nDevelop your skills and grow your career in a thriving sectorIf you're ready to take the next step in your career and contribute to a leading organisation in the data centre industry, we want to hear from you!
