Duties And Responsibilities of a Controlled Space employee
*Ability to work in a team or individually
*To provide a high standard of customer care
*Carry out pre-event checks of venues
*To ensure an even flow of people entering the venue / event at all times
*To monitor crowds for signs of overcrowding and difficulties in busy areas
*Make yourself aware of on site facilities and be ready for questions from members of the public
*Be ready to investigate any disturbances or incidents
*To respond to emergencies - by raising the alarm and providing necessary and appropriate immediate help and assisting the emergency services as required
Job requirements
*Flexible and willing/available to work at short notice (days, nights, evening and weekends) is essential
*Flexible and professional approach to work is essential
*Excellent communication and customer service skills is essential
*Excellent command of English, both written and verbal is essential
*The ability to handle confrontation – remaining professional at all times is essential
*Taking pride in your appearance as well as representing Controlled Space at all times is essential
*Eligible to work in the UK is essential
*Have a 5 year verifiable work history is essential
*You must be aged 18 and above to apply for these roles.
You must to provide a full 5 year checkable employment and education history to comply with BS7858.
