Job Description:
As a Customer Service Executive at House of Piccadilly, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth operations. You will be responsible for processing customer orders, handling customer enquiries, managing invoicing, and providing general administrative support to the sales staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent customer service, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Order Processing: Process customer orders promptly and accurately to ensure timely delivery of products.
* Customer Enquiries: Respond to customer enquiries efficiently, providing updates and information to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Invoicing: Generate accurate invoices for customers and ensure supplier invoices are processed in a timely manner.
* Sales Support: Assist sales staff with day-to-day administrative tasks and requirements.
* Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Documentation: Keep detailed and organized records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and inventory updates.
Requirements:
* Microsoft Office Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the ability to learn new inventory systems.
* Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
* Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and invoicing.
* Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Customer Service: A customer-focused mindset with the ability to address enquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
* Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
Occasionally you may be required to undertake tasks outside your primary job responsibilities.
