Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Partner located in Darlington with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Partner will be responsible for managing client accounts, conducting energy reduction surveys, collecting and analyzing data, and preparing quotations and reports. Daily tasks will also include advising clients on cost-effective solutions, government loan options, and tendering to achieve the best market prices. The Business Partner will coordinate project management activities, site visits, and ensure timely execution of utility installations and upgrades.
Qualifications
* Experience in client account management and customer service
* Knowledge of multi-utility procurement, including electricity, gas, water, and fiber broadband
* Skills in data analysis, reporting, and preparing quotations
* Project management expertise, including site visits and coordination
* Ability to advise clients on energy reduction and renewable energy solutions
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Familiarity with government loan schemes and financing options for energy projects
* Relevant professional certifications and a background in energy or utilities is a plus
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Strong organizational and time management skills
