The Role:
As a SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with diverse learning needs. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting teachers in delivering tailored educational programs for students with Special Educational Needs.
Providing one-on-one support to students, helping them engage with the curriculum and overcome challenges.
Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters growth and development.
Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Monitoring and reporting on student progress, and adapting support strategies as needed.
Building strong relationships with students, encouraging their confidence and independence.
