We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our expanding Construction team in the Shropshire area. This is a permanent full-time role with a competitive salary package and associated benefits for the position.
Minimum Qualifications:
The Site Manager must have Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) qualification, driving licence and ideally have:
* CITB Temporary Works Supervisor (TWSTC) Course
* First Aid
* Fire Warden
* CDM regulations
* CSCS not essential
Key Responsibilities:
You must be able to:
* Communicate fully with the Contract team and lead and support the site team
* Manage sub-contractors to achieve the project requirements
* Deliver projects on time, on budget and to a very high standard
* Ensure all relevant Health and Safety Procedures/Legislation are adhered to
* Handle project reporting and administration, with confidence in Word and Excel
