The Ocean Group have an exciting opportunity within their ICT Team for an ICT Analyst - System Development. The role is part time (30 hours per week, Monday-Thursday) and is permanent with a salary of £23,948.11 per annum (pro rated) Ocean offers a dynamic work environment offering hybrid working. On occasion there will be a business need for employees to travel to St Austell and work from the head office for meetings, training and general day to day work needs. The role will be undertaking development of Ocean Group's structured databases, housing management systems and secondary applications to maximise efficiency and effectiveness. Producing and automating performance management reports for internal digital publication whilst undertaking liaison with internal partners to scope new processes and developments. The role will be part of an efficient ICT management function to support the ICT general responsibilities and adopt a 'see it, sort it' attitude and practice to data collection and to provide development support services via Ocean Group's helpdesk. For more information regarding the key accountabilities for the role please refer to the Job Description It is essential you hold a Level 3 or A Level Grade A-C or equivalent and are educated to GCSE Grade A-C or equivalent in English and Math's. It is also essential you hold a Level 3 or equivalent in IT/Computer Science. You will have experience of coordinating the collection of project data and preparing updates to project plans along with having the knowledge of database and workflow functionality. You will be a self motivated individual who exudes a positive and welcoming persona and have the ability to proactively work and be consistently productive. You will have good IT and administrative skills particularly MS 365 packages.
