YOUR ROLE
This role is responsible for conducting preventative maintenance, investigation, examination and conditioning of Dental & Medical and associated sub-assemblies held at KNGD Donnington.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Be an Ambassador for Safety at all times.
* Ensure all Accidents are reported to the TL, Line Manager as required.
* Establish and understanding of Risk Assessments and Risk Controls including understanding how to identify risks.
* Comply with all instructed Safe Working Practices including the reporting of all accidents and incidents within the
workplace
* Building positive customer relationships and responding constructively to customer requests and internal departments
* Undertake Technical Services WEMWO.
* Responsible for ensuring all work is conducted in accordance with approved data.
* Be a Champion for Continuous Improvement (CI) and develop an understanding of continuous improvement tools
and methodologies and participating in CI activities as required
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
* Level 3 Electrical Engineering Qualification/Apprenticeship or equivalent.
* Desirable: Experience of working on Medical Technical Equipment.
IMS experience
* Ability to influence, negotiate and deal with conflict successfully.
* Knowledge of Health & Safety at work.
* Experience of working to agreed targets
* Intermediate PC Skills: Excel, Word, Outlook
* Ability to deliver to tight deadlines in an organised and informed manner.
* Leadership qualities including the ability to enthuse and motivate.
* Drive, determination and a track record in delivering continuous improvement.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Good Communication skills.
* Strong organisation skills.
* Ability to achieve a high level of accuracy.

* Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends as/when required
