Job Description
About the Role
We have opportunities for an architect with experience of UK workplace design to join our architecture and master planning practice. As a member of our team, you will work on diverse projects in the UK and internationally ranging from large-scale master plans to individual buildings. We pride ourselves on bringing innovative design solutions for multicultural projects with economic and social integrity.
You will be part of a team focused on the onward design and delivery of a UK flagship sustainable workplace project, and as such should have demonstrable experience in being involved in all stages of delivering high quality projects.
Responsibilities
1. Produce high-quality design work in line with 10 Design’s philosophy;
2. Ownership and responsibility for maintaining the client brief;
3. Experience of workplace design;
4. Produce sketches and diagrams to effectively communicate the design options, opportunities, and challenges that clients need to be aware of.
Qualifications
1. A degree in architecture from a recognised university;
2. Minimum of 3 years post part three professional experience;
3. Technical design-focused producing design solutions on your own or under guidance and as part of a team;
4. Experience of delivering high quality schemes in the UK;
5. Strong modelling skills;
6. Revit skills required;
7. Sound knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop;
8. Experience within a tier one architecture practice working on workplace projects ideally gained in the UK would be highly beneficial.
