Electrical Engineering Manager
Our prestigious, unique market leading client based close to Norwich are currently seeking an Electrical Engineering Manager to join their ever-expanding team.

This is a brand-new permanent position working Monday – Friday. The successful candidate will need to support and develop the production function in line with business objectives and be responsible for all areas of production. As a member of the senior leadership team, this role also provides input into site-based decision making and strategic initiatives.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, structured, and adaptable in their approach as priorities can alter quickly. They will be an organised person with a commercial mindset and confident in managing production driven projects as a direct result of business growth.
Duties include:
3. Decide on and order the resources/materials that are required and ensure stock levels remain adequate
4. Verify suitability and selectivity of parts and components
5. Set the quality standards
6. Suitability and selectivity of parts and components/ quality control verify
7. Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed
8. Monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programs
9. Organise the repair of any damaged equipment
10. Liaise with different departments, teams and companies, e.g. suppliers, managers, clients
11. Review of mechanical drawings for upcoming projects
12. Verification of electrical schematics for upcoming projects
13. Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed at all times
14. Ensure customer orders are completed on time
15. Work with managers to implement the company’s policies and goals
16. Supervise and motivate a team of workers
17. Review worker performance and identify training needs
18. Ensure all site health and safety requirements are adhered to
