We're working with a respected company in the technical services industry to recruit a Service Coordinator for their busy team in Crawley. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced environment, coordinating service activities and supporting clients across the UK and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email regarding repairs.
* Maintain accurate service records, reports, and inventory updates in the system.
* Liaise with external teams to source parts and equipment.
* Schedule technicians and engineers for repair and maintenance tasks.
* Prepare and issue quotes, raise purchase orders, and manage approvals within credit terms.
* Keep clients updated throughout the service process, ensuring follow-ups are handled promptly.
About You:
* Previous experience in customer service and service coordination is essential.
* A friendly, proactive personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
* Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
