Landmarc Support Services is seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician (Targetry) to join our technical team based at Netheravon (SP4 9RB).
As a Maintenance Technician (Targetry), you will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of Targetry equipment and firing systems within the Defence Estate. Your role will involve conducting inspections, performing tests, and executing general maintenance tasks, all while ensuring safety on a live firing range in coordination with Range HQ.

Main Responsibilities
Repair and maintain all Targetry equipment.
Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance programs for all Targetry assets.
Manage and maintain the local inventory of Targetry spares and inform the Range and Training Area Manager of any shortages.
Provide assistance and advice on local Targetry issues as needed.
Offer Targetry support to other technicians when requested.
Accurately complete and forward work orders, timesheets, and expense claims to the Range and Training Area Manager.
Foster effective working relationships with staff, managers, external contacts, and other relevant bodies.
Account for Targetry assets as part of a Logistics Assurance Process.
Ensure all tasks are completed within set timeframes to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
The Ideal Candidate
* Experience and knowledge in servicing, repair and maintaining electronic equipment - Appropriate training on specific infrastructure will be provided
* Knowledge of Health & Safety protocols, including COSHH, manual handling, risk assessments, and safe systems of work
* Experience in customer communication
* Basic understanding of UHF radio, computer hardware, software, Wi-Fi, and Ethernet configuration
* Ability to read and understand technical manuals and circuit diagrams
* Skill in disassembling and reassembling components
* Must hold Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable:
* 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations
* Familiarity with Targetry or similar systems
