The Opportunity
The Technology Systems & Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting a professional, internal, fan-centric support and systems team, with a commitment to continuous improvement, joining a team of four.
This role involves supporting all aspects of a fan-centric technology team by maintaining and enhancing systems and applications critical to Manchester City Football Club. It includes providing technical support for both new and existing systems and contributing to ongoing improvement initiatives to enhance the fan experience.
1. Deliver effective and timely technical support to ensure system reliability and operational efficiency.
2. Manage and maintain systems to deliver best-in-class service to our club operational teams and fans.
3. Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve system capabilities and fan engagement.
This is a hands-on role requiring technical expertise and a commitment to delivering a high standard of service and operational excellence.
Your Impact
1. Provide Technical Support: Deliver reactive and proactive support to internal business teams, troubleshooting and resolving incidents and queries related to club applications and other technical solutions.
2. Operational Efficiency: Perform day-to-day technical administrative tasks with a focus on achieving high first-fix resolution rates.
3. Knowledge Management: Develop and enhance technical knowledgebase articles and maintain a clear service catalogue for key fan systems, supporting the transition of new systems into service.
4. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to technology systems, processes, and integrations, with a focus on operational efficiency and security enhancements.
5. Service Optimisation: Ensure the club’s technical and support solutions align with evolving business needs, prioritising robust system management and user experience.
What We Are Looking For
* Previous experience supporting ERP/CRM/SaaS solutions.
* Experience using ITSM tools to log and manage technical support tickets.
* Familiarity with working in an IT Service Management/ITIL good-practice environment.
* Experience with Continuous Service Improvement (CSI).
* Super-user experience.
Desirable:
* ITIL Foundation certification.
