Job Description
The Credit Controller will be responsible for:
* Manage and maintain client accounts
* Ensure timely debt collection and minimise financial risk.
* Prepare accurate reports on credit control activity.
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients to promote prompt payment.
* Work closely with the accounting and finance team to streamline processes.
* Adhere to all relevant financial regulations and company policies.
* Contribute to the team's objectives and support colleagues when required
* Negotiating payment plans and setting up terms and conditions
* Other ad hoc tasks to support wider finance team
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Controller should have:
* Previous experience within a credit control or finance role.
* Proven experience managing client accounts and reducing outstanding debts.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
* A comprehensive understanding of financial regulations and credit control procedures.
