Lead Business Analyst - Workforce Management / WFMLargely remote, with some travel to London & Manchester for workshops6 months, outside IR35 £420-470 per day
Lead Business Analyst required for Phase Two of a WFM project. They are looking for someone with experience in WFM, to help them understand the art of the possible in addition to more traditional BA tasks.
The role will involve:
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior management, HR, and operations, to gather and clarify requirements for the workforce management system.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure all stakeholder perspectives are considered.
Requirements Analysis:
Facilitate and lead workshops to conduct thorough analysis of business processes related to workforce management, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement and a consistent approach to policy and process across the business.
Document functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring they align with business goals and compliance standards.
Solutions:
Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into system specifications.
Develop use cases, process flows, and wireframes to communicate design concepts clearly.
About you
Available to start something new in the next week or so.
Able to travel to London or Manchester occasionally for workshops or other relevant meetings. But otherwise work remotely.
Experience as Lead / Senior Business Analyst with significant Workforce Management / WFM experience. Dayforce would be preferable but not essential.
Able to use that experience to share best practice and the art of the possible.
Able to effectively facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders and to win consensus.
Able to lead a more Junior BA resource in time.
