The Customer Service Agent plays a crucial role in providing frontline support to clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly. This role is key to maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
2. Resolve client issues in a timely and effective manner.
3. Provide regular feedback to Senior Client Manager as needed.
4. Manage large volumes of incoming calls, emails, live chats, and instant messages from customers.
5. Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
6. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information about products and services using the right methods/tools.
7. Generate sales leads and support the sales team to drive positive company sales results.
8. Gather and report customer feedback to improve products and services.
