Role Overview
As Senior UX Lead, you’ll orchestrate user-centric design across a complex, multistakeholder ecosystem, ensuring our pan-European digital platform delivers seamless, inclusive, and impactful experiences for dealers, buyers, OEMs, and internal teams. You’ll bridge strategic vision with execution, leading UX research, design systems, and cross-functional collaboration to elevate our services as the industry standard.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership

- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to embed user-centricity into every stage of the product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery.
2. Ecosystem-Centred Design
- Lead research initiatives to map end-to-end journeys across multiple user personas (e.g., dealers, fleet managers, OEM partners), identifying pain points and opportunities in both digital and physical touchpoints.
- Design scalable, adaptive solutions that balance local market nuances with global consistency.
3. Team Building & Mentorship
- Grow and lead a distributed UX/UI team (researchers, designers, content strategists), fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.
- Champion modern practices (e.g., design sprints, participatory workshops) to upskill product and engineering teams in UX fundamentals.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the primary UX liaison for stakeholders, including C-suite, legal, and compliance teams, translating complex requirements into intuitive experiences.
- Collaborate with Data Science to integrate behavioural insights and AI-driven personalization into design solutions.
5. Advocacy & Governance
- Establish UX metrics/KPIs (e.g., task success rates, satisfaction scores) to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1+) and ethical design principles.
Qualifications

- Proven track record designing for multi-sided platforms (users, partners, internal operators).
