You Will Lead Communication Planning & Asset Development Create 360 communication plan for various Sony products, defining whom/what/where/how to deliver message to drive sales and brand growth Oversee end-to-end development of creative assets across all touchpoints(e.g. paid campaign, websites, social, eCRM, retail, etc.), ensuring all content resonates with our audiences. Develop and manage timeline to ensure on time delivery Download communication strategy and toolkit to all European markets and give guidance for successful execution Use customer insights, trends, and competitor analysis to refine tools to improve communication and assets in timely manner Work with various partners and agencies to create effective assets Drive Product Launches Across Europe Create and download 360 communication plans and toolkit to all European countries necessary for product launch Track data from each activation, break down goals into actions, and evaluate the results to guide continuous improvement. Advise on and govern brand messaging across online and offline retail channels, ensuring a cohesive customer experience. Identify and address common brand presentation issues during virtual or in-store visits to enhance brand presence. Budgets and Optimize Spending Prepare, monitor, and optimize the annual Advertising & Promotion budget to align with our business objectives. Monitor and control budget throughout the business year Propose and implement strategies to make the most of the budget, improving return on investment. Support Events & Partnerships Collaborate with relevant teams on European exhibitions, consumer events, and sponsorships, ensuring alignment with brand messaging. Support consumer events to gain insights into consumer behavior, sharing key findings with the team. Leverage Data & Insights Track consumer insights, market trends, and competitor activities to keep strategies fresh and impactful. Manage data internally and use insights to evaluate and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies. You will bring Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent experience Proven experience in brand and product communication Project management expertise with tight timelines Familiarity managing production schedules of retail display, demo contents, implementation, and quality control Strong collaboration skills with multiple parties, in a multicultural environment Experienced analyzing campaign results such as traffic, engagement, eCRM, paid media, etc. Agency management experience Experience in budget management, demonstrating attention to detail and analyzing the value generated.
