About the role:
Ensure detailed and correct documentation to support the running of drivers and the depot, including completing pre-briefs and debriefs, challenging discrepancies and general administrative duties.
Key Role Responsibilities:
* Facilitating inbound and outbound deliveries
* Driver brief and debrief with scanners
* Handling driver and customer queries
* Handling and sorting of parcels
* Data inputting and administrative duties
* Taking and managing customer calls
The ideal candidate will have:
* Excellent multi-tasking skills, work well under pressure
* 1-2 years’ experience working within the transportation or logistics industry is beneficial
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential
