Support Manager
East of England, Lowestoft, Suffolk

I am looking for a dedicated and experienced Support Manager to oversee the operations of a group of care homes in the East of England.
In this Support Manager role you will:
* Be responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance, implementing policies and procedures
* Provide effective leadership and management, including the appropriate people are recruited for the key roles and ensure they are trained to complete their role
* Recruit, train, and mentor care home managers and staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment
* Monitor and manage the financial and business performance of the homes, including budgeting, financial reporting, and business development
* Ensure that the homes are compliant with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Implement action plans to maintain compliance and manage risks.
* Monitor and evaluate care delivery processes and outcomes, and implement improvements as needed
* Ensure that the care homes provide a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for residents
* Implement performance monitoring and reporting systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and outcomes
For this great Managers role you will need:
* NMC registration as a Nurse with relevant post-registration experience
* Proven experience in managing a care home or similar healthcare setting
* Strong knowledge of financial management, compliance, and regulatory requirements in the care home industry
* Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
* Knowledge of best practices in quality care and environment for elderly residents
* The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
