We have two exciting opportunities available for individuals interested in learning and configuring one of the leading clinical systems used across NHS organisations in the UK.
The Clinical Systems Team is a supportive, innovative, and forward-thinking team, and we are looking for a collaborative team player with strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
About the Role:
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (30+ hours can be considered)
Location: Full time in the office for induction period. Once trained hybrid working will be facilitated.
As a Clinical Systems Configuration Analyst, you will:
1. Work closely with system users, providing high-quality advice and support to Trust staff.
2. Configure and optimise clinical systems to enhance efficiency and usability.
3. Quickly develop expertise in key systems, such as RiO, SystmOne, IAPTus, SOEL Health, and Lillie (full training provided).
4. Support system improvements, change management, and development projects.
5. Handle business-as-usual configuration tasks and ad-hoc queries, ensuring seamless system functionality.
