About You
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing multidisciplinary teams, with responsibilities including recruitment, handling disciplinary issues, appraisals, and performance management. Strong operational finance management skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft applications and high computer literacy are also key advantages.
To succeed in this role, you should bring:
1. Experience with PFI and Hard FM services
2. Expertise in lifecycle management
3. Relevant academic qualifications or extensive technical knowledge
4. Proven experience in Facilities and Asset Management
5. Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations
6. Excellent client relationship and compliance management skills
7. Exceptional organizational abilities and a strong customer focus
8. Experience working in high-pressure environments
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar systems
10. Financial management and budget control experience
