Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our client based in Brighton. This role is offered on a hybrid basis with a minimum of 3 days a week required onsite.
The Ideal HR Business Partner will play a pivotal role in partnering with your assigned directorate to develop the strategic people plan, advising, coaching and supporting across a range of people matters and driving positive cultural change in alignment with the organisation's corporate strategy. You will work collaboratively with HR centres of expertise including employee relations, reward, programmes, learning and development, talent acquisition and succession, to deliver a seamless customer experience back into the organisation.
The duties of the HR Business Partner will include
Collaboratively work with the Executive Committee leaders managers and teams within the organisation, delivering effective people solutions including resource forecasting, organisational development, and workforce skills and capability planning
Foster productive relationships with leaders and people managers at all levels to support their development and that of their teams
Collaboratively work with your people directorate colleagues to enable the delivery of a seamless HR service
