Registered Nurse (RN) £19.74 - £22.04ph Full-time // Part-time Belfast Metropolitan Area We are seeking experienced registered nurses for multiple nursing homes across the Belfast Metropolitan Area, with various exciting opportunities, including night shifts for added flexibility. You will lead the care team to ensure high standards of care, supervising and delivering care in line with company policies. The roles focus on promoting rehabilitation, supporting independence, and ensuring care is delivered with dignity and respect. Key Responsibilities: Deliver and oversee the highest standards of person-centred care, continually assessing residents' needs and enhancing their quality of life. Champion independence and personal choice, developing and updating care plans to meet changing needs. Oversee medicine management on shift, ensuring correct storage, receipt, and administration in line with company policies and legislation. Build and maintain a positive reputation for the business, communicating professionally with visitors, families, and external stakeholders. Ensure all aspects of resident experience are positive, from admission to discharge. Participate in inspections by RQIA, Trusts, and CCGs, ensuring teams are prepared. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and best practice guidelines, proactively managing risks and reporting issues. Promote a cohesive team approach, ensuring collaboration and support for staff in delivering high-quality care. Promote and maintain high nursing care standards, ensuring appropriate supervision and smooth shift operation. Support, guide, teach, and mentor staff in accordance with the NMC Code. Always Work within the guidance of the NMC Code. Accept responsibility, show commitment, and lead by example.
