PMO Analyst

At Bellrock Group, we are going through a business transformation, and we are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our growing PMO to support the Head of PMO and Project Manager in building our PMO capability and delivering key strategic projects. The role focuses on project coordination, project tracking and reporting to enhance project delivery and effectiveness.
Project Coordination
* Supporting Project Managers: Assist project managers in coordinating tasks and resources, helping to keep the project on schedule and within scope.
* Scheduling and Organizing Meetings: Set up project meetings, coordinate with stakeholders, and prepare agendas and follow-up action items to keep project members aligned.
* Communication and Stakeholder Management: Serve as a liaison between project teams, PMO leadership, and stakeholders, providing clear and timely communication on project status and critical updates.
* Facilitating Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with different departments (e.g., finance, IT, operations) to ensure that all project needs are met and that teams have the resources they need to succeed.
* Documentation and Process Adherence: Ensure all project documentation (e.g., meeting notes, project charters, and progress reports) is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Project Tracking & Reporting
* Project Plan Tracking: Regularly monitor and update project plans to ensure adherence to timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
* Risk and Issue Logging: Monitor and maintain a log of project risks, issues, and dependencies. Assist in prioritizing and escalating risks as needed, and track issue resolution status.
* Status Reporting: Generate regular project status reports for PMO leadership and stakeholders, summarizing project progress, outstanding issues, and upcoming milestones. Reports are tailored to meet the specific needs of executives or other audiences.
Benefits and Budget Tracking
* Monitoring Project Budgets: Track project expenses and compare them against the allocated budget, ensuring any variances are documented and communicated to project managers and PMO leadership.
* Cost Forecasting: Work closely with project managers and finance teams to forecast project expenses and identify potential budget overruns before they become critical.
* Benefits Realization Tracking: Track and validate the anticipated benefits (e.g., cost savings, revenue growth, operational efficiency) of each project and report on the realization of these benefits over time.
* Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare monthly or quarterly budget reports to provide insight into how project spending aligns with expected benefits. Highlight any discrepancies and work with relevant stakeholders to address budget concerns proactively.

What does it take?
If you’re ready to be the energy that helps us build our business, share our success, and really own it as a PMO Analyst, you’ll need
* Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
* Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana) and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid.
* Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* 3-5 years as junior project analyst or project coordinator or project analyst
* Experience with digital and transformation project
* Experience in budget tracking and financial analysis.
* Familiarity with PMO governance and compliance practices.
Working arrangements

In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from the London, Paddington office and working two days a week with the team and the rest of the week can be worked from home.
