This is a varied role where the successful applicant will be responsible for managing a team of Streetworks Coordinators, Photo Compliance Administrators, Data Analysts and Field Technical Support agents. * Leading, coaching, mentoring and inspiring your team to provide an exceptional service, that exceeds service level agreements and supports safe operational delivery
* Ensure all operational activities remain compliant and in line with Streetworks regulations as well as Client and Contractual requirements.
* Proactively identify efficiency savings and drive for continuous improvement.
* Driving and embedding a values culture
* Prioritising conflicting demands associated with service provision, resources, timeframes and legislative requirements
* Manage planned and reactive situations, ensuring deadlines are met.
* Inspire, implement and lead change within the team.
