Education and Training
£85 - £95 Per day
* Provide support to students with learning difficulties or disabilities
* Assist in implementing individual education plans
* Help students with classroom activities and assignments
* Support the classroom teacher in managing student behaviour
* Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent qualifications)
Previous experience working in a similar role within an educational setting
Demonstrated experience working with individuals with learning difficulties or disabilities
* Understanding of different learning needs and strategies to support them
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Patience and empathy towards students
Additional qualifications in Special Educational Needs (SEN) or related field
* Work primarily within a school setting
* Regular interaction with students, teachers, and parents
* Full-time hours with some flexibility required

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
