We are seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to join our team to establish and develop our new nursery. You will play a pivotal role in setting up the new facility as well as leading on the recruitment of the nursery team. As the Nursery Manager, you will have a varied workload, so if you are a well-organised person who thrives in a busy working environment where no two days are the same, we would love to hear from you.
We would particularly welcome applications from you if you have:
* Management experience in an EYFS setting.
* Extensive knowledge of the EYFS statutory requirements.
* Customer-centric in your approach to work.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a confidential and discreet manner while thinking on your feet in a busy working environment.
* Experience in the use of IT systems including Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Adaptability and friendliness with strong administration, time management, and organisational skills.
* Able to multi-task, work hard, and maintain a high level of attention to detail when under pressure.
* Able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, as well as being comfortable working independently.
* Some flexibility is required as you may need to work additional or alternative hours to cover any urgent issues that may arise.
