This post would ideally suit a friendly and experienced clinic coordinator/Healthcare Administrator who has a passion for good customer service.
The candidate will be responsible for greeting our patients and ensuring their treatment journey with us is an amazing experience in our State of the Art City Centre Private Medical Skin & Aesthetics Clinic located in the heart of Birmingham.
Your duties will include:
1. Taking day-to-day bookings
2. Managing emails
3. General reception duties
4. Flow coordination
5. Prepping
6. Daily checks
7. Operational duties
You will need to be able to remain focused and organised at all times.
You will operate as a Coordinator navigating our patients' journey through our service. Being familiar with CQC/NHS and medical record processes would be an advantage.
You will need to be friendly, honest, reliable, and professional, showing passion and drive for the care and treatments that we offer to patients in our clinic.
Sales and marketing experience is not essential; however, this would be an advantage.
