Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis starting in January 2025. The successful candidate will support the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate activities for young children.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and delivery of learning activities tailored to the needs of young children.

Provide one-on-one and small group support to students.

Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Support the implementation of individual learning plans (ILPs) for students with special educational needs.

Qualifications and Experience:

Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting is preferred.
