The Role: People Policy Lead
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive HR professional to join a progressive organisation. Reporting to the Head of People Strategy, the People Policy Lead will play an essential role in shaping the future of Lancashire County Council through the development and implementation of forward-thinking people policies aligned to strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the full lifecycle of people policy development, from conception to implementation, engaging with stakeholders to ensure policies are clearly communicated and effective.
