We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a special educational needs school located in Telford.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with severe and complex learning difficulties, ranging from ages 3 to 19. Your primary responsibility will be to provide individual and small group support, assisting with all areas of the curriculum. This will involve adapting teaching materials, implementing strategies to engage students with different learning needs, and fostering a positive learning environment.
To excel in this role, it is essential that you have previous experience working in a special school or a similar educational environment. You must be confident, enthusiastic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing setting. Your dedication to the growth and development of each student will be crucial in helping them reach their full potential.
