About the Role
:
Care Workers really make a difference to the lives or our service users, offering a highly personal service you will be helping to enable people to live as independently as possible, by providing the best standards of care and support.
1. Assisting with all elements of personal care, to ensure service users are supported in being as independent as possible in preparation for their day ahead
2. Assisting service users with getting washed and dressed, preparing meals
3. Prompting and assistance with taking medication
4. Light household tasks
5. Light Cleaning
6. Gardening if required and able to
7. Budgeting for finance
8. Taking then shopping
9. Day trips to the beach
10. Offering companionship and helping build service users confidence and independence

Role Criteria:
24. Successful candidates must be willing to work alternate weekends
25. No previous experience is required, full training will be provided.
