Key Responsibilities:
Assisting in the preparation and submission of planning applications
Conducting site visits and preparing site appraisal reports
Providing support in the development of town planning strategies
Collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities
Analysing and interpreting planning policy documents
Preparing detailed reports and documentation for planning applications
Contributing to public consultations and community engagement initiatives
Participating in project meetings and providing planning advice
Job Requirements:
Experience in development management and town planning
Understanding of UK planning legislation and policies
Strong analytical and research skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A relevant degree in town planning or a related field
Experience with planning application software and tools
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
