We are recruiting for a new Bids and Proposals Coordinator to join our fast-paced Marketing and Business Development department.
Role & Responsibilities
Preparing responses to PQQ/SPD and tender submissions in line with client deadlines.
Working with other departments to source required information for PQQ and tender submissions.
* Producing and maintaining supporting materials including presentations, organisational charts, CVs and case studies.
Supporting the renewal of company accreditations
Using online tendering portals, identifying any potential opportunities and assessing their suitability
Any other activity required to support the Business Development and Marketing team.
Candidate
Applicants must be able to demonstrate the following skills and qualities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritise and manage workload.
Excellent attention to detail
Strong multi-tasking ability.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of construction industry (preferable)

This role is ideally suited to either a recent graduate in a Business, English or Journalism related subject, or someone who has worked in an Administration or Proposals role and is looking to progress their career. This is a full-time permanent position, and it will be based at our head office in Paisley.
