Shiko Group are a growing multi-site hospitality operator managing multiple venues and brands across the North West, with sites located in Manchester and Leeds, and new openings coming soon! Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will be the driving force behind events within our unique spaces in Manchester City Centre.
Responsibilities:
* Daily management of booking platform (Design My Night) and various third-party platforms.
* Driving inbound and outbound sales to ensure consistent venue occupancy
* Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, vendors, and third-party suppliers.
* Managing event logistics, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, decor and more.
* Working closely with the operational teams to ensure the smooth running of each confirmed event.
* Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
* Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction at all times.
What we’re looking for:
* At least 2 years experience in both inbound and outbound sales within the hospitality and events sector.
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs and Sales targets.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
* Experience in planning, organising, and executing a variety of events including conferences, networking events, corporate gatherings, and social events.
* Ability to stay motivated and maintain a high level of productivity
* A team-focused mentality and a 'can do' attitude.
Please note, there will be occasional evening and weekend work, to suit events/peak times across the calendar year.
Pay: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year + Commission pay, paid on a quarterly basis.
