If you answered yes, read on! We are looking for a full-time permanent MHE trainer who can support, develop, and deliver all areas of training and development on our BT contract. Working hours for the role are Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm, but flexibility will be needed. The main part of your role will be as a MHE trainer; however, you will also need to support the operation when needed. Pay, benefits and more: We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £30,000 (inclusive of training allowance) per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day: To make sure their own training accreditations are always kept up-to-date and audit checks are completed to ensure the safety instructors are up-to-date too To keep up to date with industry best practise and safety standards to assist the safety and site security manager to build robust safety training plans, so we consistently deliver a high level of safety training and to secure further line of business training requests To ensure THE training matrix IS always updated Is responsible for building training programmes as and when required What you need to succeed at GXO: MHE accredited trainer or working towards Good Health & Safety operations knowledge Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
