Role Summary They are looking for an experienced and strategic Sales & BD Director to lead sales and business development efforts in the UK. This critical role involves crafting and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy, securing high-value residential and commercial construction projects, and identifying opportunities in land acquisition and planning. Required Experience & Skills Proven Track Record: 10 to 15 years in sales or business development roles within construction, property development, or real estate, closing deals of £5–10 million. Developer Experience: Prior experience working with a developer is essential. B2B Expertise: Strong B2B experience is required; B2C experience is an added advantage. Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies that deliver substantial revenue growth.
