About the Role: This post will holistically plan, co-ordinate, mentor and support on training and assessment for apprentices based in the Early Years Education sector from level 2 to level 5 and the Teaching Assistant role. Knowledge and experience from working in the Early Years and or Schools sector will be shared with apprentices to ensure they achieve their programme at the highest possible level and in a timely fashion. Job Responsibilities Assessment: Conduct skills reviews with apprentices and employers to identify gaps. Develop and implement individualized training plans. Maintain candidate records and perform workplace observations. Deliver high-quality training, including functional skills, to meet awarding body standards. Assess skills and behaviours, providing feedback via the ePortfolio system. Training: Create tailored action plans for candidates. Deliver workplace training covering Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours. Support English and Maths training, ensuring successful completion in collaboration with FS specialists. Provide tutorial support on Prevent, British Values, Personal Development, Behaviour, Welfare, Safeguarding, and additional learning needs. Conduct remote webinars for apprentices. Train on British Values, Prevent, mental health, well-being, career guidance, and safety topics. Coordination and Support: Monitor candidate progress and support portfolio completion and assessments, setting timely completion targets. Record and report on Additional Learning Support (ALS). Provide apprenticeship program information to employers and employees. Collaborate with line managers for reviews and appraisals. Supply data on programs and learners, contributing to self-assessment monitoring. Manage the start-up pack and evidence base for apprentices. Attend CPD, Standardization events, and company conferences in Bristol. Support apprentices and employers in the End Point Assessment process. Administration: Complete documentation for signing up new candidates and tracking their progress. Maintain records of candidate progress against targets. Document employer visits, candidate reviews, assessment visits, and other appointments. Ensure timely student achievement and complete necessary Gateway and End Point Assessment documentation.
