Role overview: This role requires you to demonstrate broad compensation and benefits experience with knowledge of key HR processes and outstanding stakeholder/account management experience. Development of policies and schemes linked to employee benefits, total reward and compensation packages for implementation across the company. Analysis of best practice for reward and compensation across our market space, assuring fairness to employees and sustainability to the organisation with any change or implementation for new pay practices and reward. What you'll do: Compensation and benefits policy management - design, maintenance and supervision of implementation across the business Harmonise the internal working regulations across the company for pay and reward Company compensation and benefit management, inclusive of the administration behind agreements with new suppliers, benefits providers and new products to be included on the Flexible Benefits platform Monitor and review all benefits & reward packages to ensure they are industry leading & align to company culture & values Full account management responsibility of all benefits & reward partners Responsible for compensation and benefit planning (total reward) to include research and externally benchmarking, implementing new and removing where appropriate Liaise with Talent and Operations for approvals on all new positions where the salary bands are applied, ensuring pay bands are followed in line with EMCOR’s pay policy and remain intact Provide compa-ratio details to any new internal moves and promotions, ensuring any changes to employees Ts &Cs follow the guidelines in the pay policy Audit, risk, compliance & reporting management (e.g. HMRC/governed requirements, GDPR regulations, gender pay gap reporting etc.) Serve as a liaison between system providers & internal stakeholders to assist or gather business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancement and implementations Represent the company externally as the reward SME. Person Specification Who you'll be: Broad, detailed compensation and benefits management experience Evidence compensation & benefits/HR strategy development and planning ability Large scale project management delivery experience (Lean sigma qualified or equivalent) HR or professional certification or qualifications desirable Outstanding account management experience to include stakeholder management, negotiating & influencing skills Good knowledge and understanding of overall HR processes including ER, HR operations, recruitment and L&D Ability to undertake analytical work with excellent systems and data integration insights.
