Job Description Technical Project Manager - Zero Defects Full-time Derby/Hybrid – 3 days on-site What you will be doing An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead a team focused on developing and delivering the Zero Defect (ZD) plan in the Aftermarket space. In this role, you will play a key part in reducing Technical Variance (TV) volumes and addressing one of the most significant challenges that Rolls-Royce is currently facing. Responsibilities In this role, you will: Serve as the primary Engineering and Programme liaison for ZD work on behalf of the entire EPA organisation – this will involve engaging with/managing a variety of stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. Develop, maintain and drive the overall ZD plan to meet Delivery org objectives around TV reductions, and cementing long term corrective actions. Lead, develop, drive and technically guide the team day-to-day to ensure we deliver to the plan. Ensure we have a suitably capable and performing Managed Service Provider (MSP) team that can flex to Aftermarket demands where needed. Seamlessly integrate the ZD and MSP teams with the EPA commodity teams to ensure we’re working as one team towards the ZD objectives. Why Rolls-Royce?
